 Technical Lead Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical direction and guidance for development projects
2. Oversee technical project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
3. Work closely with other departments, such as product management, customer support, and Testing, to ensure all technical requirements are met
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure quality standards are met. Must have background in either of the technology field Back-end, Front-End, Mobile Development Programming
5. Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs
6. Develop and document technical processes and procedures

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 8+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership
3. Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques. Strong Programming abilities of Java Script, Springboot, React JS or Kotlin, Swift or Objective C
4. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
7. Strong organizational and project management skills

Skills Requirements: 

1. Solid foundations in Java, OOP and OOD Development Ideas and familiar with various design patterns, Java EE Developement
2. Strong programing skills using mainstream Java Open source framework such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, myBatis
3. Familiar with MySQL, capable of database design and optimization,familiar with Redis caching technology, message middleware and ElasticSearch
4. Familiar with concurrent processing and familiar with performance optimization

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 5+ years experience mastery in java, OOP, OOD, EE Development, Spring, Spring Boot
3. Have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
4. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
5. Comfortable in working with branches, merging code, and resolving conflicts.
6. Strong communication skills in order to work with designers, back-end developers, and other members.

Skills Requirement: 

1. Proficient in iOS Development , mastery in Objective- C and Swift Language
2. Understanding of the Mobile Architecture and Design, Object-Oriented Design and Design patterns
3. Understand Performance Optimization and familiar with principles of Android Framework, multi-threading, Data Storage and Network Communication. Demonstrated knowledge of APP Architecture Optimization
4. Proficient in design pattern and runtime source codes
5. Familiar with large scale Im systems, social/community APPs, first line Internet Product Development

 Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design of the company's internal platforms including PC and APP.
2. Responsible for the style setting of the main product, leading the design and revision othe main product.
3. Responsible for forward looking design research to improve the design level of the entire team.

Qualifications:

1. Have more than 3 5 years of work experience, with relevant background in design.
2. Possess a solid basic design skill, especially a high control ability on typesetting and color.
3. Able to use design skill, especially a high control ability on typesetting and color.
4. Possess a certain animation production ability, can use AE, Flinto, Protopie and other related animation software.
5. Have a certain product thinking and interactive thinking, able to independently output interactive wireframes.
